Gran Colombia (TSX: GCM; OTCQX: TPRFF) is a mid-tier gold producer with a proven track record of mine building and operating in Latin America. In Colombia, the Company is currently the largest underground gold and silver producer with several mines in operation at its high-grade Segovia Operations. In Guyana, the Company is advancing the Toroparu Project, one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in the Americas.

Segovia is a world class, multi-million-ounce high-grade gold mine that has been producing gold for more than 150 years. In June 2021, Gran Colombia completed the acquisition of the high-growth and substantially de-risked Toroparu Project in Guyana. The project is one of the largest underdeveloped gold deposits in the Americas and Gran Colombia is currently proceeding with the development of this advanced stage project, which already has key permits in place.
